From brief to report
Choose the deliverable
Start with the task: a presentation model and a quantity model have different requirements. Agree on formats, coordinate needs, reference data and checks.
Plan the coverage
Review the site and plan overlapping views. Lighting, surface texture, vegetation, reflective materials and restricted access affect reconstruction.
Review the model
Inspect coverage and artifacts before export. Document the difference between visible surfaces and any ground information the imagery cannot establish.
Scope and review requirements
Photogrammetry reconstructs visible surfaces from photographs; it is not LiDAR and cannot reliably see through vegetation or structures. Boundary surveys, certified elevations, engineering design and other regulated uses require appropriately licensed professionals and a validated scope. LiDAR capture is not represented as an in-house service.

Before we fly
Is a 3D model survey-grade?
Not automatically. The label depends on a defined specification, appropriate control and independent checks, plus professional responsibility where required. A visually convincing model is not proof of measurement accuracy.
Can you provide CAD-ready information?
Tell us the required formats, coordinate system and intended use. We confirm whether the requested export and professional validation can be supported before quoting.
