What should I include in an inquiry?
Include the location, project description, intended use and timeline. Add references and a budget range if you have them.
Is the work on this site real footage?
The Work section shows an Insight residential job. Other pages use credited, licensed aerial photographs. The flight scene uses USGS aerial imagery and an original 3D drone design. The sky and drone are website graphics.
Can every flight idea be produced?
Flights depend on access, permissions, weather and site conditions. We review the plan and confirm available services before booking.
How are pricing and delivery decided?
The proposal sets the price, editing scope, formats, usage rights and delivery dates.
What happens if the weather changes?
Scheduling, reshoot and cancellation terms are agreed in the project proposal.
