This notice explains the information handled by the Insight website and its inquiry service.
Information you choose to share
You can contact Insight by email. If the online inquiry form is available, it asks for your name, email, project location and description. Company, timeline, project type and budget help with planning. Do not include sensitive personal information or confidential materials in an initial inquiry.
How inquiries are handled
When email delivery is configured, the server validates your submission and sends the inquiry through Resend to the business’s configured recipient. The website does not keep inquiries in an application database. Sent inquiries are handled in email by Insight and its delivery provider so that Insight can respond and discuss your project.
When the online form is unavailable, the contact page offers a direct email link. That link opens your email app; it does not send a message through this website. Emails you send are handled by your email provider and Insight’s email service. The website does not queue unsuccessful form submissions for later delivery.
Hosting and spam prevention
Vercel hosts this website and may process technical request information, including IP addresses, for delivery, security and operational logs. The inquiry endpoint also uses IP addresses in temporary server memory to limit repeated submissions.
When enabled on the contact form, Cloudflare Turnstile checks submissions for automated abuse and may process device and request information. Email delivery through Resend occurs only when the inquiry service is connected.
Cookies and analytics
The website application does not set cookies or store information in local or session storage. It does not include advertising trackers or an analytics service. Security services, when enabled, may process technical information as described above.
