Aerial visual inspections

Bring visible exterior conditions into the conversation without relying only on a ground-level view. We capture organized aerial images of roofs, facades and site features for property managers, contractors and qualified inspectors to review.

Exterior documentation

See the places that are hard to reach.

A useful visual record with clear locations and context for the professional making the assessment.

Where it helps

  • Commercial roof and facade imagery
  • Exterior maintenance planning
  • Pre-work and post-work visual records
  • Documentation of visible site conditions

Your deliverables

  • High-resolution visible-light images within the agreed scope
  • Overview images to locate detail views
  • Annotated image index for areas of interest
  • Capture date and visibility/access limitations

Final formats, coverage and review requirements are confirmed in your proposal.

From brief to report

Define the question

Your contractor or property team identifies the feature to document. Review flight access and the level of detail the imagery can reasonably show.

Capture the exterior

Gather context and detail images while considering obstructions, weather and site activity. Record areas that cannot be viewed.

Support expert review

Organize the images by location and deliver them for the relevant professional’s interpretation and next-step decisions.

Scope and review requirements

This is visible-light documentation, not a structural, engineering, code, thermal or moisture inspection. Images cannot establish concealed defects or remaining service life. Diagnosis and sign-off belong to qualified professionals. Thermal equipment or capabilities are not implied.

A useful starting point

Tell us about the site.

Send the location, building or feature, reason for review and the professional who will interpret the images. Include access restrictions and required viewpoints.

Before we fly

Will you tell us whether a roof is safe?

No. We supply the agreed visual record. A qualified roofing, structural or engineering professional must make safety and condition determinations.

Can imagery replace an on-site inspection?

It can support a review, but it does not replace access, testing or professional inspection where those are required.
